Wildstar

Weddings & Notary

Wildstar Weddings & Notary grew from my love of meaningful moments, the kind that linger quietly, long after the ink has dried or the vows have been spoken.

I believe every ceremony, every signature, carries its own story. Whether it’s a couple promising forever beneath the Texas sky or someone taking an important step toward their future, each deserves to be treated with care and intention.

Wildstar is about connection. Between people, between hearts, between what’s written and what’s felt. It’s about making life’s official moments beautiful, too.

  • You’ll need the document you’d like notarized and a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID). The name on your ID should match the name on your document. If witnesses are required, please bring them as well — they’ll also need valid identification.

  • I can notarize most personal, business, and legal documents — including powers of attorney, affidavits, real estate forms, adoption papers, and more. If you’re unsure, send me a quick note and I’ll confirm whether I can notarize your document.

  • Yes! I can meet you at your home, workplace, coffee shop, or other convenient location. I primarily serve New Braunfels, San Marcos, Seguin, and the surrounding Hill Country communities — but I’m always happy to discuss travel if you’re nearby.

  • Texas law sets the maximum fee for each notarization, but travel and after-hours appointments may include an additional convenience fee. I’m always transparent about costs — no surprises. See my Pricing Sheet for complete details.

  • I offer a range of options to make your ceremony memorable and heartfelt. While I do not currently offer reception planning, if there is something special you are looking to include in the ceremony itself, please let me know and I’ll be happy to work with you.

  • Absolutely. Whether you envision a lavish soirée or an intimate gathering, I can tailor recommendations to your priorities, and work with you to create something uniquely you, while respecting financial boundaries.

My general Pricing Sheet is here, but please take all pricing with a grain of salt. Your budget is yours and I’ll do my absolute best to work within it.

  • Most couples secure their date 3-6 months ahead, especially for peak seasons. However, I can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability—reach out and we’ll explore options together.

  • Yes! I’ll sign, complete, and return your marriage license to the appropriate county clerk’s office for official recording.

Once filed, most counties mail your certified marriage certificate within 2–4 weeks. You can also request copies directly from the county clerk’s office later.
